GrahamJACKSONTHEODORE Passed away peacefully in Derriford Hospital with loved ones by his side on 9th October 2017, aged 65. Loving husband of Angela, Dad to Claire, Leigh and Paul and doted Grandpa to Maisie, Henry, George, Finely, Amelie and Eddie. Funeral service to be held at St Bartholomew's Church Yealmpton on 20th October 2017 at 12.30pm followed by cremation at Weston Mill. Family flowers only please.
