TeresaJACKSONPassed away peacefully at home, Miss Teresa Jackson of West Gardens, Stacksteads on Wednesday September 1st aged 49 following a 26 year battle against cancer. Teresa worked as a school dinner lady at Fearns Secondary School before retiring for health reasons. Teresa loved nothing more than spending time with her family, she regularly looked after her grandchildren during the day when their parents were at work. She leaves her long term partner John, sons Michael & Andrew, their partners, step daughter Amy and grandchildren Jaxon, Adah, Brynley, Olivia and Jayden, as well as her father Allan, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, aunties, uncles and cousins. The funeral will be held on Wednesday September 15th at 11:30am at Burnley Crematorium led by Fiona Sloman. Family flowers only please, donations will be welcomed on the day, in support of The Rossendale Hospice Funeral Directors: Andrew Braithwaite for Fairer Funerals, Rossendale.
