GillianJACKSONSadly passed away in her family home on 22nd August aged 67 years. A beloved wife of Peter and loving mum to Kate. She will be deeply missed. A celebration of her life will be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Wednesday 7th September at 2.15pm. The family request donations in support of the Charlie Bear for Cancer Care in lieu of flowers and have arranged a gathering for family and friends after the service. Gillian and I first met at college doing a Nursery Nurse course in 1971/72. She had a lovely way with children and a special empathy with children and adults alike. We had some wonderful moments where we couldn't stop laughing. We both shared our love of Scotland and would reminisce about the places we knew. She was a very special, kind, caring person. I will miss her dearly. RIP Gillian.
