Patricia (Pat)JACKSONformerly of Comberton, passed away peacefully on Monday, 27th May 2024 aged 94 years at Home Meadow Care Home, Toft. Wife of the late Keith, much loved mum of Andrew Jackson and Elizabeth Bland, mother-in-law to Sarah and John, loving grandma to Jess and Tom, Amy and William, and great grandma to Joshua, Ben and Charlotte. Funeral service at Cambridge Crematorium, East Chapel on Friday 21st June at 10:30am. Family Flowers only please, but if desired, donations made to Alzheimer's Society.
