CatherineJACKSON(Annfield Plain) Passed away peacefully on 23rd November aged 95 years, In Dipton Manor Care Home.
Cath, beloved wife of the late Jack. Loving mam of Tony & Elizabeth, also the late Ted. Cherished grandma of Kelly & Sarah. Great grandma to Daisy, Holly & Amber.
She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
Please meet for Requiem Mass on Wednesday 11th December at 1:30pm in St Theresa's RC church, Annfield Plain, followed by committal at Mountsett Crematorium.
