Anthony (Tony)JACOBSTony as he liked to be called, born in Guildford, moved to Bristol and then Midsomer Norton died peacefully at home after suffering a short illness with his wife Carole and step daughters Francesca & Natasha on 14th July, aged 66. He has left behind 3 children Sonia, Kirsty & Stuart, 9 almost 10 grandchildren and 2 brothers Martin & David. He was a long term employee of HomeServe however before that was a self employed Plumber. Funeral Service and Cremation at Mendip Crematorium, Shepton Mallet on Tuesday 13th August at 11.30 am. Black dress code preferred.
