PaulaJACOBSPaula, of Gwydyr Road, Llandudno passed away unexpectedly at The Walton Centre, Liverpool following a short illness on Monday, 13th October 2025, aged 55 years. Paula was known for her role as Cook at St David's Hospice in Llandudno.
Paula was the loving mum of Matt, Rhian and the late Robert, a cherished daughter of Wendy and the late Peter, a beloved sister of Gary, Phil and Jonny, a treasured Nanna to Cai and James Marshall and a devoted dog mum to Reggie, Ruby and Morys.
Paula's funeral will take place on Thursday, 30th October 2025 at 1.30pm at St Hilary's Church, Llanrhos followed by a private committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium. If you wish to make a donation in memory of Paula they will be gratefully accepted towards St David's Hospice or The Walton Centre.
