Susan KathleenJACOBSPassed away on 20th October 2025 at Home Aged 74 years.

She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Much loved by her children Helen and Michael. Grandchildren Lily, Sophie, Julia and Olivia.

The funeral service will take place at Haycombe Hilltop Chapel, Bath on Friday 21st November at 1:45p.m.

Donations in lieu of flowers to The Salvation Army would be gratefully received on the day.
