at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice, Mark, aged 52 years of St Austell, formerly of Hemel Hempstead.

Beloved husband of Alison,
much loved dad of Tom and Molly,
dear brother of Karen.

Funeral service Penmount Crematorium, Truro
on Monday 24th January at 12noon,
Trelawny Chapel.
