Laura JaneJAKUBOWSKIOn 8th July 2022, peacefully in Calderdale Royal Hospital, aged 36 years. The dearly loved and loving daughter of Joe and Angela, and devoted sister of Paul. A much loved granddaughter of nana Jenny, a dear niece, cousin and friend to many. The cortege will leave her residence on Friday 12th August, for service and cremation at Parkwood Crematorium Elland at 12.45pm. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Laura loved bright colours, so no need to wear mourning clothes and if possible please wear a sun flower of any description. Family flowers only please by request donations in lieu if so desired to Lily Foundation and Leigh Network. A donation box will be available at the crematorium.
