JAMES ASHIn memory of 20-year-old James Ash who died on a railway line on 2 November, 2009.
James died at a pedestrian crossing near Attenborough in Nottinghamshire, not far from his home in Beeston.
James had attended John Clifford Primary and Chilwell School.
His family said he was very creative and had a passion for painting and making wooden furniture.
He also did voluntary work at a bookshop and was thinking of applying to study furniture making at Sheffield University.
His brother David said James was very close to him and his younger brother Philip.
David said: "James was always there for me. I have so many fond memories of our 20 years together, he was everything I ever wanted in a brother."

I am shocked, devistated and can not belive it.. another angel is taken from us!! James was always a ''happy chappy'' there was never a dull moment when you was around him. The last time i saw James was August 20th, when he attended my 19th birthday. We had an amazing night and we got on so well. He bought life to the party!! I have many photos of us all together.. I couldnt belive it when i picked up the paper and saw this! I will miss you more than you could every imagine!! Myself, Anthony, Matthew and many more from college are arranging to have a drink to celebrate you james.. i may even stretch outt and buy a Pit and pedulum cocktail, the one you bought me on my birthday..
