JAMES LLEWELLYNIn memory of James Llewellyn who ended his life on 11 December, 2009, aged 20.James was from Reigate Hill in Surrey. His adoptive father Barry paid tribute, saying: “It's just such a tragedy as he was one of the most social people you could ever meet.“He loved people and people loved him. James had a confidence, aura and charisma way beyond his years.“James took no notice of class. I remember once he befriended an elderly man who lived on his own in Redhill. They used to meet up with him for drinks and talk about Crystal Palace.“That was typical of him. It didn't matter with him where someone came from – he could talk to anybody.”He added: "The way James came into this world was complicated and dramatic. He led a fast and furious life, and then left this world in a complicated and dramatic way. I bought him up as my own son and he had an idyllic upbringing."He had a great life, lots of friends, he was a fantastic sportsman, had an exciting new career, lived in lovely leafy Reigate and travelled all over the world. His mother Jackie thanked James’ friends for messages of support: “We knew James loved socialising, but we had no idea how many lives he influenced.“I don't think people realise how much it helps at a time like this.”http://www.thi sissurreytoday. co.uk/news/imagine-m oment- madness/article-1620 190- detail/article.html [thisissurreytoday.c o.uk]
