I went to Leicester Poly with Kev from 1977 and we remained friends for many years, losing touch in the 80's. We had a load of fun together playing rugby for Scraptoft Mentors RFC, going on holiday to Corfu with a group of lads, and even performing on stage at some of the entertainment nights at Poly. I stayed with Kev at his Mum and Dad's house when we went to see Cardiff playing the Barbarians one Easter. We went to Paris to watch Wales v France in 1979 without tickets (but still got to see the game). We always had fun together and in spite of the years since we last saw each other, I was shocked and terribly saddened to hear of his passing. I remember when he started going out with Elaine and I'm delighted to see what a lovely family they have produced together. God bless my old friend....You were a wonderful friend and such a character!
