Passed away peacefully at Morriston Hospital on 4th February 2025 aged 62, loving wife of Dave, dear sister of Tom, Bryan and the late Dawn.
Jan will be sadly missed and will remain in our thoughts forever by all her loving family and friends who knew and loved her.
Funeral service at Margam Crematorium on Wednesday 5th March 2025 at 11.15am.
