Ann (Barbara)JAMIESONWe announce the passing of Ann, aged 90, on September 3rd 2024.

She was a much loved mother to Sarah and Stuart and mother-in-law to Julian and Paula. She was loved by her 4 grandchildren, Liz (+Adam), Harry (+Kate), George and Jack. She also had 5 great grandchildren, Chloë, Ethan, Jude, Elpinstone and William.

Ann, the youngest of 3 girls, was born in Derby on November 29th 1933, the daughter of Kathleen and Harry Storer. Harry was a well known cricketer and football player, and later became the manager of Coventry City FC. Ann was married to Iain Jamieson, also a player/manager, who she met through Coventry City FC.

Ann was a teacher for much of her life and in her spare time and retirement she enjoyed bowling, rambling, bridge playing, U3A and travelling around the world, visiting her friends and family.

A gathering to celebrate her life, will be held at Avalon Court Care Home, Coventry, at 11.30am on Saturday 7th September 2024.
