Ken
Ken (Ken-o meat) AKA Jarders, amongst others.
How can words describe you, they can’t, they wouldn’t do you justice, unless it was you describing a person or a thing
A friend, a mentor an unassuming person, who could inspire anyone to become or believe in themselves or others .
You were never short of stories to tell and never short of knowledgeable information, demonstrated with such gusto and life but sadly you have come to rest but never forgotten.
We shared tears of sadness but most of all, tears of joy and so many fond memories of our adventures, mostly fulfilled, some accomplished in our dreams.
I thank you, you were so full of life and lived a life, with more compassion for others, who may have been be less deserving
A true Gentleman to the end
If there is a person, who deserves to enter those gates above , it’s surely you my friend.
Your amigo Russ and Heather

Dear Ken, what a fantastic person you were. Your zest for life and determination to enjoy everything were just wonderful. I’ll always remember, amongst other things, your (very long!) tales, taking the kids up the Tamar in a canoe and you showing us around your village in Spain, which I’m sure you knew more about than people born there. You’ll always be remembered with huge affection as one of life’s enriching characters.

Ken, our dear brother in Christ, thankyou for the many times we laughed and spent treasured time together. You were, kind and caring, a true Gentleman. Doug still remembers how when we shared tapas you would do the talking and him the eating, until he realized what he was doing! Now you are with the Father, so dear Ken until we meet again. Adios xxxxxxx
