Gillian RosemaryJEACOCKPeacefully at Singleton Hospital on Saturday 9th October 2021, aged 69 years. Gillian of Snowdon Drive Fforestfach, formerly of Pantygwydr Road Uplands Much loved mother of Sharon and Richard, and nan to Connor. Loved sister of Vic and Anne, and Cherished aunt of Michelle, Simon, Paul and John. Gillian will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends. Cremation service at Swansea Crematorium on Monday 1st November 11.00am, followed by a celebration of life service at Pantygwydr Baptist Church Swansea at 12noon. The family would also like to invite you to join them afterwards at Pantygwydr Baptist Church Hall for refreshments. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made payable to the Stroke Association.
