JEFFERYSarah Louise (Howe) Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 14th June 2017 aged 48. Beloved wife of Darren and loving mum of Annabel. Tired and weary she made no fuss. She tried so hard to stay with us. And though we prayed that she could stay, we knew she had to go away. Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Tamerton Foliot 11:30am on Wednesday 28th June. Family flowers only please.
