Suddenly at his home, 11 Russell Avenue, Colwyn Bay aged 53 years, a well respected Teaching Assistant at Eirias High School for many years. Dearly loved son of Hazel and the late Bernie, adored and proud dad to Alisha and twins Eva and Skylar, cherished grandad to Hugo and loving boyfriend of Lorna. Heath will be greatly missed and remembered with much love and affection by all his family and large circle of friends. Private service at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Wednesday 30th December at 12.30pm. In order for friends, colleagues and pupils to pay their last respect the funeral cortege will leave Eirias High School at 12.00 noon and for anyone wishing to view the Service via webcast please log on to www.obitus.com then input Yudo8591 as the username and 955518 as the password.
