Beloved wife of the late Adrian, devoted mam of Matthew and Kate, dear mother in law of Angie, proud nanny of Kiani, Owen and Callie, loving sister of Kenny and the late Bernard, Brian and Audrey.

Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium, Monday 29th April at 12 noon.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Ty Hafan or Wales Air Ambulance c/o

Thank you so much for choosing to support Tŷ Hafan, in memory of the late Lynda May Jemmer. 


We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Lynda. On behalf of us all at Tŷ Hafan please accept our heartfelt condolences. Lynda was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of the family. They will be missed.



I hope you and your family take comfort in knowing that your support will extend a caring hand in our hospice and the local community – providing comfort to the many families and children that Tŷ Hafan support. Tŷ Hafan is a wonderful place full of love, laughter and cherished memories, ensuring a short life is a full life. These memories are something our families will treasure forever, just as you will treasure your memories of Lynda. I really hope that can give you some solace during this incredibly sad time.
