Peter, Sally & Susan. I am hoping that you may remember me. Our parents were friends in the 50s, 60s & 70s. We stayed with you at Gylingvase Terrace when my brother and I were teenagers. I am contacting you as my mother has Alzheimer's her memory of the last 20 years has gone, but some earlier memories are quite vivid. John and Iris are clear memories for her. My dad Doug died 6 years ago, mum Pat is 85. I (Martin) 61 still competing at Judo & Football my little brother Phil is 58. My mum remembers your parents in High Wycombe at the Falcon, in Woodley and Falmouth. I go through old photographs and try to show mum on Google maps. One of my earliest memorises is staying with your Grandparents Mr & Mrs Polglaze at a farm in Cornwall. I seem to remember it being near Marazion/Penzance. Was it in St Annes? I have tried to find it on google maps but failed. Phil and I had great times as kids with your family, I remember playing Scalextric with Peter in the garage at Woodley. Phil and I hope you are all well. If you could spare a moment to send me some details on the farm (or have I imagined the whole thing) it would be great, and make my mums day.
