Anne ElizabethJENKINS (NEE SMALLRIDGE)Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on 21st August at Derriford Hospital aged 77 years.

Devoted wife to Maurice.

Dearly loved mother to Jo and Pete and mother in law to Rob and Nikki. Treasured grandmother to James, Harry, Erin, Dan and Tom.

Also, a dear sister to Peter and Alan.

Funeral service to take place at Weston Mill Crematorium on 13th September at 12:15.

Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for The British Heart Foundation and St Luke's Hospice.
