PatriciaJENKINS(Pat) Passed away peacefully on 30th November 2014 aged 76 years. Re-united with beloved Husband Ray, loving Mom to Julie and Mother-in-law to Mark. Much loved Nan to Matthew and Simon, will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service to take place at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on Thursday 18th December 2014 at 11.00am.
