Service to be held on Thursday 25th January 2018 at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) at 11.30am followed by interment at Northern Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations may be left at the service for Ward 33, Castle Hill Leukemia Teenage Unit. I held your hand as you slipped away, I prayed so hard to make you stay. You left behind my broken heart but in my heart you will always stay until one day I come to stay.
