HillhouseJOHNDied 16th Feb 2014 I would take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to all who attended and paid their respects to John at the graveside and Memorial Service, to the Rev. Andrew McGurk and Tom Murray for their kind words of comfort, to Hugh, E.A.C. and Sharon Cunninghame for all their help in giving John the send off he deserved but more especially to all his neighbours and friends from the valley and beyond who made donations that allowed a Memorial stone to be erected in the N.E. Corner of Newmilns Cemetery. In memory of John and his parents giving him all that he had wished for. It's giving and doing for somebody else on that life's splendour depends and the joy of the world when it's all added up is found in the making of friends. J.M.F
