Sophie RebeccaJOHNPassed away peacefully following a short illness on Friday 22nd March, aged 29 years.

Devoted wife of Chris, loving mother of Sebastian, cherished daughter of Helen and her step-dad Adrian, also daughter of Mark, much loved sister of Liam and daughter-in-law of Jacqueline and Steve, adored granddaughter of Hugh, Diane, George, Colin and Sandra and niece of Nicola.

Sophie will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service at Margam Crematorium on Thursday 18th April at 12.00 noon. Please wear something orange in Sophie's memory.

Family flowers only please.
