HayleyJOHNSONMarie It is with the utmost sadness that we announce the death of Hayley who slipped away peacefully on 19th June 2017 in the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, surrounded by her loving family, aged 44 years. Loving mum of Luke, Jake and Hayden, much loved daughter of Dave and Joyce, very dear sister of Paul and Nigel, the dearest granddaughter of Mary, a dearly missed niece and a very good friend to so many. A service to celebrate Hayley's life will be held in the Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 3rd July 2017 at 11.40am. Please wear bright coloured clothing. Donations in her memory to benefit the 'Women's Aid North East Lincs' may be given at the service or sent to the Funeral Director.
