Hello Brian
Very sad to hear of your passing.
You trained me and showed me your skills and inspired me when we worked at sevenoaks motors Fiat Lancia and Mercedes together.I will always remember you ,as I was an apprentice motor technician under your wing.
Thanks very much for everything you done to help me through my apprenticeship.
RIP
Russell Willis.

A much loved father-in-law, very ingenious & accomplished,
who could put his hand to just about anything.
He built us a fabulous rabbit 🐇 ‘mansion’ and marvellous duck 🦆 ‘palace’!!
and was always willing to lend a hand on his many stays with us.

Lately he even started baking pretty good cakes 🍰 (yummy),
and once also put the ‘icing on the top’!! - (all for Sue)
albeit with reticence (I think he was expecting me to do it!)
but I had great fun encouraging and helping him do it ‘all by himself’!!

I have fond memories of dancing the night away with him
& our many quite in-depth chats.
Definitely a ‘Can Can’ man, especially when dressed as a Woman!!

I loved him dearly and will miss him loads. - 💖 Bea X

My Grandad was such an amazing man. He lived a life full of adventures and great memories ones i can only hope to be able to pass on. As I child I remember him and dot coming over and every morning I would get up make squeaking noises outside the bedroom and climb into bed for a cuddle! I am so glad I got to have a relationship as a child and a young adult and can only hope to live a life as good as him. Sail the clouds in a better place, I love you and you will be truely missed by everyone.

I only met Brian a handfull of times but in those times i saw a hard working man who said what he thought, which is refreshing. I saw saw him more in later life and became aware that he had many tallents, and loved his sailing.
Love to his family and friends.
Rest now Brian

What a grandad, my only grandad, as a child you were great fun and had such a beaming smile and gave great cuddles although they were more like squeezes. A grandad who could put his hand to anything from gardening to building, you could fix anything from cars to chairs, traction engines for example when dad and his mechanic were getting stuck on getting it going, you had something that hadn't worked in 30 years and had it running within 10 minutes. You could make anything from rabbit hutches, one being a mansion for my giant rabbit and a duck house to most recently adapting a organ into a keybord who else would think of that but you grandad!
I'm also so lucky I've been able to get to know you as a young adult and listening to some of your stories about rescuing giraff's in double decker busses, sailing stories, driving stories, these stories I will try and remember as they were fascinating, an eara where health and safety didn't exisist and actually surprised you lasted to 90! and sometimes they had great advise like, always keep a bit of rope in the car!
Grandad you'll forever live in our hearts and I'll remember you for the absolute legend you are.
Love Ella x
