PatriciaJOHNSON(Née O'Brien) of Devonport, aged 87. Died on Saturday 14th October, at Sunnymeade Residential Home, with her family all around her.
Devoted wife to Pete for 68 years, loving mum to Tony & Lee, mother-in-law to Sharon & Ian and cherished nan to Jay, Jenna, Robyn & Pearce & great gran to Alfie, Ruby & Maya. Loving sister to Dennis and Di.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday 8th November at 12.45pm, St Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Devonport, followed by a cremation at Weston Mill.
Family flowers only please, but donations in lieu to St Luke's and Marie Curie to help support their fantastic work. Then onto Plymouth Albion Rugby Club. Dress code casual. All who knew mum are welcome to come along, to help us celebrate mum's life.
Special thanks to Darren, Terri, Kim & the rest of the team at J & C Healthcare, who went above and beyond for our mum and dad. Donna & her team of district nurses from the West Team & Dr Evans from Devonport Health Centre, who also gave great care and showed such compassion, and Jackie and her team at Sunnymeade Residential Home for their outstanding support to us all, during this difficult time.
