Alan LeslieJOHNSONSadly passed away at home on 27th April aged 77 years.
Alan was a devoted husband to Joy, a much loved father to Paul and Clare, a wonderful grandad to Leah-Rose, Tilly-Beth, Erin and Fyn, and a dear friend to many.
Alan will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 27th May at Crewe Crematorium at 3.30pm.
Casual dress if preferred.
Family flowers only please.
Donations will be gratefully received for Leighton Hospital Renal Unit in memory of Alan's late wife, Joy.
