Ada LaurieJOHNSTONOn 29th December 2020, suddenly but peacefully after a short illness, at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary, Ada Laurie Johnston, Galla Crescent, Dalbeattie aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Hugh, dearly loved mother of the late William, and much loved mother in law of Carolyne and her husband Kenneth. She will be sadly missed. Due to present circumstances, funeral service will be strictly private. Family flowers only, donations, in memory of Ada, for Dalbeattie Museum Trust will be accepted by D.G. Lockhart, 66 High Street, Dalbeattie. The funeral cortege will leave Galla Crescent, Dalbeattie at approx. 1pm on Tuesday 12th January for anyone wishing to pay their respects.
