James (Jim)JOHNSTONOn Thursday 31st December, at Lower Porterbelly Farm, Dalbeattie, James (Jim) Johnston, dearly loved husband of the late Nancy, much loved father of Shauna, Iain, Aline and Gillian and loved grandpa to Nicole, Edward, Sarah, Emma, Charlie, Kelly, Jessica and Rebecca. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral will be private. Donations in memory of Jim for Cancer Research UK and Dalbeattie Mens Shed (SCO45783) will be accepted by D. G. Lockhart, 66 High Street, Dalbeattie. Due to current circumstances, for those wishing to pay their respects the cortege will leave Burn Street, Dalbeattie at at approx. 11.45am on Wednesday 20th January go along HIgh Street, turn right along A711 to Dumfries, 1st left through Kirkgunzeon then left to crematorium.
