Euphemia McNamee DunlopJOHNSTONEBorn 24th May 1930 in Westrig. Beloved wife of Bill (deceased 12th March 2007), beloved mother of Isobel, Mary, Fay, Linda, Fiona and Katrina. Grandmother of Pamela, Barry, Steven, Curtis, Lindsey, Andrew, Jamie, Nathan, Matthew and Charlotte. Great-grandmother of Lauren, Jack, and Ewan. Effie, passed away peacefully after a short illness in the early hours of the 5th May 2020 at Beachgrove Care Home in Lanark. Effie dedicated her career to the NHS, starting at Law Hospital in 1963, where she went on to become Sister in charge of ICU, going on to be a Clinical Teacher and Midwife in a range of NHS settings. The family wish to thank staff at Beechgrove for the wonderful care they have given our mum over the last 2 and a half years.
