JoanJONES (LUND)Passed away peacefully aged 72 with her son and daughter in law at her side at Glan Clwyd Hospital Bodelwyddan on the morning of Sunday 2nd June.
Mum will be sadly missed by son Steven and sister Brenda and extended family in North Wales and Liverpool.
