AgnesJONES - CLARKPeacefully in her 98th year at Stanely Park Care Home on 9th July 2019, Agnes beloved wife of the late Sam Clark and the late Tom Jones, much loved mum of Ronnie and Evelyne, mother in law to Bobby and a devoted cousin to Nan. Funeral service will be held at Woodside Martyrs Chapel on Monday 22nd July 2019 at 1.30pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. No flowers please.
