Diolch i'r Nyrsus Cymunedol am eu gofal arbennig, ac i'r Parchedig Gerallt Lloyd Evans am ei wasanaeth ddydd yr angladd. Yn olaf diolch am y rhoddion hael a dderbyniwyd er cof tuag at Nyrsus Marie Curie. The family of the late Glyn Lewis Jones, Paradwys Farm, Llangristiolus wish to express their sincere thanks for the kindness and sympathy shown to them in their sad loss of a dear father, grandfather and great grandfather. Thank you to the District Nurses for their special care, and to the Reverend Gerallt Lloyd Evans for his service on the day of the funeral.
