Peacefully in hospital surrounded by us, her children, Carl, Natalie, Jemma & William. We will 'look for you in rainbows'. It’s almost been four weeks since you gained your angel wings mums and I still can’t accept you have gone. Life is so cruel why you? I can’t explain how much I miss you and no amount of time is going to mend this broken heart of mine. I love you so much, hope you’re having fun up there, your Jems xxx 😘💔❤️💗🌈
