PatriciaJONESJONES - PATRICIA MARY (Pat) of Tinc yr Efail, Llangwm. Passed away 1st September, 2008 at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd after a long illness, in the presence of her dear husband, daughter and son. Very sadly missed. Public committal service at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Monday 8th September at 1pm, followed by memorial service at Groes Chapel, Llangwm at 3.30pm.
