Roedd eich cefnogaeth yn gysur mawr. Diolch i bawb a ddaeth i'r angladd a hefyd i'r rhai a gymerodd ran yn y gwasanaeth. Rydym yn hynod ddiolchgar am y rhoddion hael a dderbyniwyd er cof am Lisa. Casglwyd cyfanswm o ?2,210 tuag at Hosbis Plant Ty Gobaith. Diolch hefyd i Garry Lloyd Jones am y trefniadau gofalus a'r cymorth teimladwy ar adeg mor anodd i ni fel teulu. Wyn, Karen, Catrin, Lewis and all the family would like to thank all those from near and far, for every visit, card and message of comfort and condolence on the sudden loss of their daughter and sister Lisa. Your support was of great comfort. Our thanks to all those who attended the funeral and those who took part in the service. We are profoundly thankful for the generous donations that have been made in her memory. A total of ?2,210 was collected for Hope House Children's Hospice. Our thanks also to Garry Lloyd Jones for the sensitive care and concern in arranging the funeral and their help at such a distressing time.
