Diolch yn fawr i'r Parchedig Aled Davies am arwain y gwasanaeth ar lan y bedd a hefyd i'r ymgymerwyr Ifan a Nia Hughes am eu trefniadau trylwyr - Gwerthfawrogwn y cyfan. Carys, Sian Teleri, John Gwynfor and their families wish to express their thanks and appreciation to family, friends and acquaintances for the condolences extended to them in their recent bereavement. Special thanks for the care and diligence of the Community Nurses and Hospice at home team, with generous donations received towards them in memory of Eirwyn. Thanks also to Nefyn Surgery staff and Seibiant carers, to the Rev. Aled Davies for the moving graveside service also to Ifan and Nia Hughes for their professional and thorough funeral arrangements - Everything is very much appreciated
