GwenJONESJONES - GWEN, . In loving memory of Gwen Jones, 83 years, born in Manchester. Passed peacefully on 28th July 2020 at home in Mold in the presence of her family. Former successful manageress of 3 cinemas, generous to a fault, loved Babycham with brandy; hated garlic, pizza and curry to the end. Widow of Eric Jones, ex Detective Chief Inspector North Wales Police, mother to 3 unruly children, Nanna Gwen Big Fat Hen and Nanna Dragon to a brood of grandchildren who adored her. Family attendance only cremation to take place at Northop, 7th August 2020. Heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff who looked after her. Sleep tight and try not to nag Dad too much Mam.
