David Ian JonesJONESIan Jones Former Retired Metropolitan Police Officer Peacefully on Saturday 12th December at his home, Ian aged 54 years of Pontargothi, Nantgaredig, Carmarthen and formerly of Cleviston Park, Llangennech. Beloved husband of Diane, proud father of Matthew and Katie, cherished son of Roy and the late Elizabeth and a much loved brother of Emma. Ian will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral Monday 21st December, graveside service at Llangennech Public Cemetery 1.00 p.m. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired in Ian's memory can be sent directly to The Brain Tumour Research Charity. Diane. Hope you and yours are ok. Only found out recently. Was gutted to hear about r Ian. I was 424CC (and 252EW) at Lambeth and Hendon with him. It was a horrible place to work. Turning up on duty in the CAD room and seeing his daft face always made me smile and made me think the shift is going to be a giggle. We laughed a bit too much perhaps, but being old sweats, they left us alone. My prayers as with you. I will never forget him. God bless. Joe Boyko (northern idiot)
