Thomas FrederickJONESSadly, passed away at Southport and Formby District General Hospital, aged 83 years. He was loving and much loved husband of the late May. Cherished Dad (also known as Father Tom) of Tom and Will, Father in Law to Ruth and Kay. Devoted Grandad to Dawn, Ryan and Callum, Great Grandad to Oscar and brother to the late Bill. Tom will be sadly missed. Funeral Service is to be held on Monday 15th February 2021 at 11.00am at West Lancashire Crematorium.
