Jane PatriciaJONESPat passed away peacefully after a long illness on 3rd January 2022, aged 90 years and 9 months, at Derriford Hospital. A much loved wife to Sid for 67 years, loving mother to Kenneth and Martin, loving grandma to Charlotte and Andrew and loving great grandma to Jacob and Bentley. Sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held Monday 24th January 2022 at St Mary's Church, Plympton at 11am followed by a private burial. Family flowers only, donations, if so desired, can be made for the work of St Luke's Hospice.
