Priod Cariadus Audrey am 60 mlynedd, Tad arbennig Catrin a Carwyn, Tad yng Nghyfraith hoffus John a Clare, a Thadcu annwyl William, Harri, Jack a Charlee. Gwasanaeth yn Amlosgfa Caerdydd a'r Fro, Y Barri, Dydd Mercher y 3ydd o Fai am 3 or gloch. Rhoddion er côf, os dymunir, tuag at Tŷ Hafan a Ward E7 Ysbyty Llandochau. Peacefully in Llandough Hospital on Sunday 16th April, Ceri, former Head of Chemistry at Glantaf, from Dinas Powys and later Penarth. Much loved Husband of Audrey for 60 years, dearly loved Dad of Catrin & Carwyn and Father in Law to John & Clare, and proud Grandfather to William, Harri, Jack & Charlee. Funeral Service on Wednesday 3rd May at 3pm at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. Family flowers only. Donations in memory, if desired, to Tŷ Hafan and East 7 Ward Llandough Hospital.

Diolch yn fawr iawn am ddewis i gefnogi Tŷ Hafan er cof am Ceri Evans Jones.
Mae’n ddrwg iawn gennym glywed am farwolaeth Ceri. Ar ran pawb yn Nhŷ Hafan derbyniwch ein cydymdeimlad diffuant. Roedd Ceri yn berson anhygoel a gallwn weld o’ch tudalen Teyrnged ei bod yn annwyl iawn i’r holl teulu. Bydd colled ar eu hôl.
Gobeithio y byddwch chi a’ch teulu’n cael cysur o wybod bydd eich cefnogaeth yn estyn llaw ofalgar yn ein hosbis a’n gymdeithas leol – gan roi cysur i’r teuluoedd a phlant mae Tŷ Hafan yn ei gefnogi. Mae Tŷ Hafan yn lle hyfryd, llawn cariad, llawenydd ac atgofion annwyl, yn sicrhau bod bywyd byr yn bywyd llawn. Mae’r atgofion hon yn rhywbeth bydd ein teuluoedd yn eu trysori am byth, fel y byddwch chi’n trysori eich atgofion o Ceri. Rwy’n gobeithio gall hynny roi rhywfaint o gysur i chi yn ystod y cyfnod hynod o drist hwn.

We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Ceri. On behalf of us all at Tŷ Hafan please accept our heartfelt condolences. Ceri was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of the family. They will be missed.

I hope you and your family take comfort in knowing that your support will extend a caring hand in our hospice and the local community – providing comfort to the many families and children that Tŷ Hafan support. Tŷ Hafan is a wonderful place full of love, laughter and cherished memories, ensuring a short life is a full life. These memories are something our families will treasure forever, just as you will treasure your memories of Ceri. I really hope that can give you some solace during this incredibly sad time.
