Claire LouiseJONESOn Monday 12th of June 2023, peacefully at St.David's Hospice, Llandudno. Aged 52 years. Claire fought a long but very brave battle with cancer, in which she never once complained. Devoted wife of Gerallt and loving mum to Stacey. Beloved daughter to Andrea and the late John and sister to Fay. Aunty to Olly and a Nana to be. Funeral service takes place at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Tuesday 27th June at 2.00pm. Please wear bright colours. Family flowers only by request. Donations in memory of Claire can be made to the wonderful work of St. David's Hospice, Llandudno and can be made via the link below or c/o Lord - Brown & Harty Funeral Directors, 12 Trinity Square, Llandudno, Conwy.
