Suddenly but peacefully in the presence of his beloved sisters, at Glan Clwyd Hospital and of 18 Hendy, Tal-y-Bont, aged 64 years.
Husband to Margaret, much loved brother of Jennifer and Gillian, fond brother-in-law to Elwyn and Mike and an adored uncle and great-uncle to Christian, Mikey and Annie, Caio and Hari. He will be sadly missed by all.
Funeral Tuesday 12 December 2023. Service and Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 11.00 o'clock.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Jeff will be gratefully accepted towards Critical Care Unit, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
