PhyllisJONESSadly passed away on Saturday 13th April at Brynfield Manor Nursing Home, Langland, formerly of Delfan, Llansamlet.
Beloved wife of the late Huw, devoted mother of her children, cherished mam to her grandchildren and grandma to her great grandson.
Phyllis will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
A private funeral has already taken place.
