Patricia JaneJONES31st May 2024. Passed away peacefully at Chestnut Manor Care Home, London, of 19 Hafan Cefni Llangefni, aged 70 years. Beloved wife of the late Trefor Owen Jones. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Darren and Suki. Dear sister of Ian, Alistair and Nick. Wonderful grandmother of Aayla. Jane will be sadly missed by family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Penuel Chapel, Llangefni on Saturday 13th July 2024 at 12pm. Family flowers only but donations, if so desired, gratefully accepted towards RSPCA in Jane's memory - please make cheques payable to 'R & J Hughes and Son Ltd' or via our website www.rjhughesandson.co.uk.
