MonicaJONESDied peacefully at Mersey Parks Care Home.

Reunited with husband Kevin. Much loved Mum of Kevin, Paula and Stephanie and Mother-in Law to Claire, Simon and Daniel. Loving Nanny to Celeste, Aedan, Grace, Olivia, Francis, Sophie, Adam and Matthew and cherished sister to Joan and Bernadette.

Will be dearly missed by her family and friends and all who knew her especially from her time working at Old Swan Health Centre.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 15th October at 11.30 at St. Paul's Church, Spring Grove, West Derby, followed by burial at Allerton Cemetery.

We will be continuing the celebration of Mum's life at St Paul's Social Club after the ceremonies.

With loving thoughts and warm memories of all the happy times traveling to Liverpool and being welcomed into this part of our family by Monica & Kevin. I will remember Monica for her warm heart, her generosity to us as kids and the loving hugs.
